This one is based off The Snow Queen but y'know a genderbent version. Instead of Frozen or the actual book, this one is more inspired by the 2002 Hallmark version just called 'Snow Queen.' Its a three hour special that I'm not sure how many people have seen, but I liked it well enough. :)
In my lil fanart The Snow King Sesshoumaru has collected almost all the fragments of The Devils Mirror, (which can grant him ultimate power over the lands) save one. The last shard fell into the eye of the human girl Kagome, who has wandered into the snow storm, pulled towards the rest of the mirror shards which lie in The Snow Kings castle.
Injured, she collapses in the snow only to see Sesshoumaru, who had smelled her blood on the wind. Knowing she holds the last shard yet deciding to spare her life, the King decides to bring her back to his castle and set her the task of fixing the broken mirror.
The two eventually develop feelings for one another, but Inuyasha her best friend has been searching for her in every Season and eventually comes across them.
Or y'know, something like that XDD
