I love Azurena's story "With the Rain." Really looking forwards to seeing more of this doujin :)
No. She is just a girl from a village. Her clothing is not in the typical "kimono" type. What she is wearing here is more of the hanfu style central to ancient China. Also, a mixture of the Korean style traditional clothing (hanbok).
If you haven't read her story, I highly recommend you do so. It's very well written and takes influences from a beautiful manhwa called "Bride of the Water God."
